Created on June 30, 2019, Fox Entertainment was formed out of what was included in Fox Corporation after The Walt Disney Company purchased (and later folded) [[21st Century Fox|21st Century Fox Inc.]] Its subsidiaries included Fox First-Run (for syndicated shows), [[Fox Alternative Entertainment]] (for unscripted shows) and [[XOF Productions]].
