- From 1962 to 1967, it has the words "WARNER BROS. PICTURES INC." in an arch above it.
- The shield can sometimes be inverted.
- Starting in 1985, the words "WARNER BROS." can be seen next to it with a byline (until 2003) and a copyright notice.
- Starting in 1993, the shield only appears at the end of trailers and TV spots.
- Starting in 2000, the words "WARNER BROS. PICTURES" appear next to the shield instead of just "WARNER BROS."

Logo: A black outline of the shield with the initials "WB" inside in style of the movie logo.
1972-1984
Logo: A black rounded box with a "\\'" symbol inside.
Note: The box can be colored blue like the Warner Home Video logo of the time.
Trivia:
- This logo was designed by Saul Bass.
- This is still used today as a logo for other Warner properties (mainly the now-unrelated Warner Music Group), and the stylized typeface was used by WB's home video division from 1977 to 1997.
1993-2019
Logo: Same as the 1953 logo, but the shield is bolder and it has a banner reading "WARNER BROS. PICTURES".
Notes:
- On posters and other stationery promotional material, the logo appears with the words "WARNER BROS." next to it, with a byline and a copyright notice.
- From 1993 to 2001, the Time Warner Entertainment byline is used.
- In 1998, for the company's 75th anniversary, the shield is placed on a box with a border and the words "75 YEARS ENTERTAINING THE WORLD" added.
- Starting in 2000, the words "WARNER BROS. PICTURES" appear next to the shield instead of just "WARNER BROS."
- From 2001 to 2003, the AOL Time Warner byline is used.
- Starting in 2003, only a copyright notice is seen under the "WARNER BROS. PICTURES" text. On North American posters for films released internationally by WB, there is no copyright notice. On home media covers, a byline reading "A WARNER BROS. ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY" appears in place of the copyright notice.
2019-present
Logo: A redesigned WB shield with the company name below or next to it in the new corporate font.
Notes:
- On posters, trailers and TV spots, a copyright notice appears below the "WARNER BROS. PICTURES" text.
- Sometimes the shield is on the other side of the text.
