Trivia:

  • This logo was designed by Saul Bass.
  • This is still used today as a logo for other Warner properties (mainly the now-unrelated Warner Music Group), and the stylized typeface was used by WB's home video division from 1977 to 1997.

1993-2019

Warner Bros. Pictures.svg

Logo: Same as the 1953 logo, but the shield is bolder and it has a banner reading "WARNER BROS. PICTURES".

Notes:

  • On posters and other stationery promotional material, the logo appears with the words "WARNER BROS." next to it, with a byline and a copyright notice.
  • From 1993 to 2001, the Time Warner Entertainment byline is used.
  • In 1998, for the company's 75th anniversary, the shield is placed on a box with a border and the words "75 YEARS ENTERTAINING THE WORLD" added.
  • Starting in 2000, the words "WARNER BROS. PICTURES" appear next to the shield instead of just "WARNER BROS."
  • From 2001 to 2003, the AOL Time Warner byline is used.
  • Starting in 2003, only a copyright notice is seen under the "WARNER BROS. PICTURES" text. On North American posters for films released internationally by WB, there is no copyright notice. On home media covers, a byline reading "A WARNER BROS. ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY" appears in place of the copyright notice.
