Background: Selena Studios was an edutainment game developer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Little is known about the company and it's games aside from the fact that Maxis distributed their games (notably Read-A-Rama) though they were only shortly featured in any of Maxis' software catalogs.

(1995)

Nicknames: "The Misty Moon", "The Slow Moon", "The Cheesy Moon", "That Long Logo Seen On Read-A-Rama", "The Longest Video Game Logo Ever"

Logo: On a space background, a magenta wavy line zooms away from the screen very slowly. It then rotates and zooms out, revealing its a magenta circle with the silhouette of a face in it besides a curvy line. It then slowly zooms away from the screen, revealing the dark blue text "SELENA STUDIOS" stacked on each other. A light shines between the words and the logo stays still for the remainder of the time.

FX/SFX: The logo (slowly) revealing itself, the light.

Music/Sounds: A soft MIDI theme at the beginning, but then brightens up when the logo zooms out.

Availability: Extremely rare. Not much is known on the company and it's games, but it's known to appear on Read-A-Rama and Spell-A-Rama and possibly on any of their other games. Both games are long out of print and very hard to come by, so check eBay if you can!

Editor's Note: At 2 minutes and 24 seconds, this is the longest video game logo ever, period. The uploader of the logo even said that the logo was so long, it caused his computer's screensaver to pop up.
