An orange or red ink splat appears and the middle dries up to make an "o", forming the word "APatow". Underneath the word, "PRODUCTIONS"fades in as a small font.

Variant: Sometimes the words In Association with fades in on top of the logo.

FX/SFX: The letters being uncovered and the red ink splat.

3rd Logo (June 4, 2010-)

Logo: On a black background, there is a child-like drawing of a man laying with his arms spread out wide. Next to him are two drawn hearts, one more curvier than the other. Above those hearts are the handwritten words "APAtow Prod". The drawing is done in white. Sometimes the logo is inverted.

Trivia: Below the drawing of the stick-figured man is the signature "Iris," the name of one of Judd Apatow's daughters. Judging by this insignia, it's possible that she is the one who is responsible for creating this logo.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the movie, or none.
