From CLG Wiki

1st Logo (1984)

Logo: On a dark red background, a white square is shown with a striped square seen at an angle. On it is the stacked text "MG PERIN ALL AMERICAN". Above it is the drop shadowed text "Distributed By" in a Microgramma font.

Variant: Sometimes the text is "'The Dance Show' is distributed by:" and the logo is shifted lower.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show or none.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo (1990-1995)

Logo: On a dark blue background, we see the segmented white text "MG Perin", with a tube shape between them. The words "Distributed By" are seen above with a drop shadow.

Variant: On Disorder in the Court: 60th Anniversary Tribute, the logo is now black and positioned on the top of the screen, with the text "distributed worldwide by" above it, and below it "and" is seen with a black print logo of All-American Television. All of this is on a sky background.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show or a logo's music trailing off into it.

Availability: Extinct. Can be seen on the 1990s revival of Night Flight and Weird TV, both of which have been off the air for decades.

Editor's Note: None.

3rd Logo (1995-2018)

Logo: On a grainy, light blue background, there is a section of the background where it is peeled away to reveal static. A square of static emerges from it and lands below the static section as "MG" and "Perin, Inc." slide in. Above "MG" is "Distributed by". When the text slides in contact with the static rectangle, it turns into a blue, segmented square. The static continues until we fade out. All the text below the static section has a drop shadow.

  • On earlier HD episodes of Cheaters, the logo was bordered by animated rectangles with Cheaters branding. Later episodes instead have a strange blurring effect on the sides.
  • A semi-still version with slowed down static animation exists.

FX/SFX: The static and the text sliding in.

Music/Sounds: Static is heard throughout as we hear a synth note going down in tempo and a synth drone when the text slide in. Sometimes, the end theme of the show or a logo's music is heard instead.

Availability: Common. Seen on all episodes of Cheaters from 2000-2017. It can be also seen on Mike Hammer, Private Eye, Marty Stouffer's Wild America and possibly other programming.
